You have 14days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. No pressure, no hidden conditions — just a fair window to decide.


Return Eligibility (Clear & Ethical)

We’re happy to accept returns as long as:

  • The item is in the same condition as you received it

  • Unworn or lightly tried on only (to test comfort — that’s totally fine)

  • All original tags are attached

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase

This policy aligns with the Islamic principle of avoiding gharar (ambiguity) in transactions — so everything is upfront and crystal clear.

Your order already includes a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions — just wait for our approval before sending anything back.
Important: Please don’t send anything back without first getting return approval — we won’t be able to accept it.

🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, let us know immediately — and we’ll sort it out promptly, with no blame or burden on you.

This falls under maslahah (public interest) and justice in trade, as emphasized in Shariah.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

While we aim to accommodate all returns, certain items can't be accepted back for health, safety, or legal reasons, such as:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., grooming or hygiene items)

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Here's the easiest way:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

This keeps things clean and avoids complications on both sides.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, with no explanation required — a consumer protection law we fully honor.

All other return conditions still apply.


💳 Refunds (Fair & Transparent)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to reflect the refund.
